We've teamed up with our good friends at Service Works to bring you an exclusive Peggs & son collection.
We've picked out three of our favourite silhouettes from Service Works' extensive collection and have put our spin on them, cutting the styles from one of our favourite fabrics; Herringbone Twill. The collection features three different shapes; a Front of House Jacket, the classic Chef Pant and the Waiters Pant.
We took our collection to one of the best restaurants in Brighton, Palmito, to put the collection to the test and experience some extraordinary cooking and hospitality from Diego and his team.
Palmito is a tiny, informal 20-seater restaurant located in a former takeaway near the Brighton-Hove border on Western Road. It was created with the desire to establish a real market-style place in Brighton and holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for its exceptional food.
