FULL-TIME SALES ADVISOR

We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Advisor (approx. 40 hours per week) to join our team from April–May 2025. This role involves weekday and weekend shifts, with the potential for extra hours during busy periods. Competitive hourly rate offered.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver personalised, expert customer service tailored to each shopper’s needs and style.

- Offer knowledgeable advice on product selection and styling.

- Stay up-to-date on all brands we carry, including their history, craftsmanship, and standout features.

- Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges smoothly and efficiently.

- Keep the store looking its best - maintaining presentation standards across sales areas, fitting rooms, and stockrooms.

- Participate in training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Help the team meet sales targets and foster a supportive, collaborative work environment.

- Get involved in promotional activities and in-store events to enhance the shopping experience.

- Assist with modelling and work with the content team to support website and social media content creation.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong customer relationships.

- Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and international clothing brands.

- Ability to tailor the shopping experience to each customer’s individual style.

- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting targets and upselling.

- Confident handling sales transactions and using point-of-sale systems.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods.

- A collaborative, team-first attitude.

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to the store’s success.
